Since the Aaronic benediction ends with "the Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you His peace," the hand making the letter is supposed to signify physically the blessing given to the people verbally.
That said, since I firmly hold that the Hebrew language belongs to the Church and not to the jews, it's OK when a Christian minister does it during the benediction and bad when some nonbelieving jew does it for any reason.

Each day ask every man that works in the restaurant to marry her until one day a man says yes
Now that man makes more than three times as much as her $0 per year salary

I was born in 86. In 94 or 96 I was "diagnosed" (by fucking school teachers, of course).

But I do not see any command to give the Vulcan hand sign in numbers 6 or for thst matter anywhere that I can think of in the Old Testament
