I understand your point, although I differ a bit with the conclusion.

Low math = algorithms, already defined.
Mid math = new models, checked against reality, experimentation.
High math = new abstract models, not empirical proof.

In high math you can't really prove but you can derive a lot of hypotheses based on the implication of the new model, map consequences according to causality and study how it would interact with reality, logically. It's very abstract but useful.

A steriotype can be usually correct without being always correct

@shortstories
That's what happened to me. I believed the low intelligence opinion instinctively because it's logical and easily provable but, for my dismay, the adults, superiors and most peers where mid intelligence that due to hierarchy and a desire to fit (believing wrongly that they had a reason), I accepted it to fit in.

What I learned after figuring out I was right all along, now in the high intelligence camp, is to never doubt my instinct and logic, plus the masses are retarded.

Casual reminder that the original plan for Ben Shapiro's "Lady Ballers" was for it to be an undercover documentary where dudes sign up to compete in women's sports, only to find out that places that allow trans athletes to compete actually have rules and standards.

IMO it doesn't really track IQ, it's more a case of intellectual imposter syndrome (they are actually imposters).

People who want to consider themselves smarter than they really are listen to a lot of big wordy pseudointellectual mumbo-jumbo from other people want to consider themselves smarter than they are, and they don't understand it, but they pretend that if they just nod along, they'll convince people that they're smart.

So they all end up kind of converging on these general consensuses (consensii?) like "trust the science" etc...

@shortstories
It's easy to explain. Low intelligence people must face against reality directly and must learn to deal with it or straight up die.

Middle intelligence people are one or two steps away fron direct reality but can't really process abstractions...they are like automatons who can follow instructions.

High intelligence is where you are able to differentiate reality from abstractions, understand their relationship and create mew things/concepts that are effective irl.

There might be times where I have a low intelligence opinion and I am told a middle intelligence opinion but doubt the official mid intelligence opinion for years only to one day understand the high intelligence opinion which was the same as the low intelligence opinion after years of thought, research or life exoerience

At other times I may have been fooled and sincerely believe the mid intelligence deception fod years only to realize I was wrong later

There is a meme claiming

Low & High Intelligent people tend to believe the same things

But Average intelligent people tend to believe something that contradicts them

Sometimes it seems like my first opinion on an issue started at lpw intelligence then changed to a contradicting middle intelligence opinion then after further thought and research becomes that of high intelligence which was my initial belief at my low intelligence stage

Sometimes I go straight from low to high skipping middle

Physics IQ 128 to 135

Sociology IQ 104 to 114

Physics 14 to 31 points higher than sociologists on average

@shortstories @SilentSeeker No shit, but no one with an above-average IQ considers Sociology a legitimate academic discipline. It's little different from Gender or African-American Studies.
@shortstories @SilentSeeker Drug rehab programs aren't designed to work. They're designed to employ parasitical people, many of whom are "recovering" addicts themselves, that just tell addicts to go to 12 Step meetings when they're out, or a recovery house owned by an addict grifter who's ripping them off for rent and likewise just make them go to 12 Step meetings where they're told to pray for a life preserver from God, which they finally get when they relapse and die.

This one considers older males, there are other targeting younger demographics, the racial gap is much wider for younger populations.

Mind you, this is a (((revised and modernized))) study. Older studies shown much wider disparities, i guess they didn't (((normalize))) the numbers as bad as they do today.

*rag was a bit of an exaggeration ;]

@shortstories Not in every case. Some drugs create permament addiction. But there's a documented evidence to the idea, that todays drug problems are the result of the bans. The street drugs would be a lot weaker, if the Gov wouldn't try to ban them.
Same story with the alcohol ban. Instead of letting people drink safe alcoholic drinks, people ended up making stronger and far more dangerous illegal ones. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moonshin

They say they plant a tree but can they prove that a specific tree was planted that would not have been planted if you did not open the bank account

One local bank was doing the “free cookware w/a new checking account” thing a couple of years ago, but now they just “plant a tree” on your behalf:

Please quote Bible verses that mention

"Shiloh"

and pretend they are about

"Shiloh Hendrix"

and explain what you pretend they mean
