@shortstories In the majority of cases one will have to either run to the battle or run during the battle, both under load. (Guns, ammo and gear are heavy.) Weight lifting alone is very important but will not adequately prepare a fighter for high levels of performance under longer periods of elevated cardiac and respiratory levels.

@shortstories I say all that in order to say that roidlings like Mr Mike Israetel and bodybuilders in general are a mockery of the human body. They have size without strength, without endurance, without flexibility, without cardio. We need a radical realignment in what we think fitness is. Ironically, Mr Mike is helping to do this by showing how useless that hypertrophy is by flunking the cardio part of the test.
