@Lorgar @dander @Tfmonkey consolidation DW it dropped back to 5$ after so I lost 77% of my money instantly

From Investopedia:

"A reverse stock split consolidates the number of existing shares of stock held by shareholders into fewer shares.
A reverse stock split does not directly impact a company's value (only its stock price).
It can signal a company in distress since it raises the value of otherwise low-priced shares.
Remaining relevant and avoiding being delisted are the most common reasons for corporations to pursue this strategy."

@Tfmonkey @dander @VooDooMedic @Lorgar Seems like they effectively erased my unrealized losses overnight. If I sell now at the current price, it'll be seen as a gain compared to the base price I bought at. There's literally no reason not to sell everything at this point, it seems.

@VooDooMedic @Lorgar @dander @Tfmonkey Was there some precipitating event? Because I remember way back in the olden times this used to happen in (mostly gold and food) commodities and I heard, though I don't know with certainty, that the powerful use this to force calls and knock people out of the market.
