75% of people need positive reinforcement.
25% need negative reinforcement.
But knowing this audience I doubt that'll stop them from calling him fat.

I see where you're coming from but Hear me out.
One of the things I realized when I trained people is that behavior change is a BITCH and take a while.
You have companies with billions in advertising and shitty food all around you.
Even holidays dedicated to making dentists rich like Halloween.
I'm not saying lie to people and tell them they're 10/10 when they are obose.
But a little compassion and patience goes a long way.
