@37712 you just answered yourself.
@mrhorsetwat @VooDooMedic That's you at the beach currently.
@Stahesh careful with these. Easy to get into loli territory.
@MrpoopyButhole @Tfmonkey not a single thumb down. Your haters are slacking.
@Pain66 I don't know why the personal trainer is a manlet, but I understand if chad doesn't have time to teach his bitch to not be fat while he making money. It's a good thing that trainer is an ugly imp, otherwise the husband might get cucked. Very fortunate.
@DoubleD That's fine, but results are objective.
@MrpoopyButhole @Tfmonkey Why wait for the end of the day to fat shame him on MMM? See how many downvotes you can farm by getting it in early.
@DoubleD the problem with "if it works for you" with regard to the daily protein in 1 meal issue is that it's objectively inefficient. Protein is still protein, so it won't be completely ineffective, but is it as effective as spreading the consumption out and then recovering properly (where the muscle building actually happens)? Doubtful.
@VooDooMedic @Tfmonkey I have 3 "meals" a day. In the morning I have a protein focused cereal with milk and protein powder mixed with water. For lunch I have a protein focused yogurt. For dinner I have a regular meal with veggies and shit, but also a bunch of meat.
Seems to work for my needs.
@VooDooMedic @Tfmonkey now all you have to do is work on spreading out the protein intake, because something I've consistently heard is that the body can't make use of a day's worth of protein all at once. Some of it is just going to waste.
It's like filling up a quarter gallon container with a gallon of liquid. The extra will just go down the drain.
@VooDooMedic @Tfmonkey Yea, that's how I do it. 48 hours. I split upper and lower body so it's easy to just do upper one day then only lower the next day, then go back to upper. That allows for 2 days of rest.
@VooDooMedic @Tfmonkey the general recommendation I see is 48 hours, so if you went hard on biceps monday, don't work them again until wednesday. But at this point it's your problem to deal with if you believe a day is sufficient time for recovery.
