@Justicar What is a container though really? What makes is masculine?

@shortstories Numbers appear and they don't. There is no such thing as a frequency with which a number "should" appear in nature with the exception of a pattern as described by a numerical formula such as the gravitational constant. In that sense if you are looking for its value and you run the math, it "should" appear.

What you're describing is Patternicity. You are trying to find patterns.

@Tfmonkey I am. I had a good 2 mile run this morning before dawn, and there is a lovely breeze coming in my window.

@sardonicsmile I do not trust him for a second. My instincts are yelling "untrustworthy".

@TenaciousGoat If I wanted to build a relationship with a female, I likely would appeal to Briffault's law. The necessity of providing utility provided to a female for the purpose of facilitating a relationship is not in question; you are right.

@TenaciousGoat I appreciate your sentiment though. Your concern is welcomed.

@TenaciousGoat I don't care about her opinion. I care about what force the government would bring down upon me should she and it decide that my complement was sexual assault.

Additionally, I do not regret abstaining from speaking to her. I would rather not speak to her, avoid potential disaster, and share my thoughts and feelings on the matter. I do not regret my actions. I act. I assess. I learn. I share my thoughts on matters which strike me as valuable to myself or potentially others.

@lain The best thing you could say to a kitten. Don't burden a kitten's mind with such things.

@susie Yes, you should have stayed in bed sleeping.

@YoMomz Under patriarchy, it'd have been a different situation, yes. If her guardian was her father, I'd likely have complimented him on having such a pretty daughter. For now, I will simply appreciate the human form from afar.

@sun @lain When the shoe is on the other foot, it's suddenly too expensive. Such is the nature of seeking one's own interest at all times: being human.

@wishgranter14 @lain The government is made up of people who desire what the believe will benefit them most. They will always put their own interests ahead of the interests of the population. It is a question of by what means they have been empowered to do so that dictates the extent of their ability to negatively affect our lives.
