@basedbagel It was immediately when I became of age to vote. I saw we were stuck with no way out when I saw what was going on in Congress. Absolute shit with absolute shit voters.

@basedbagel They have a 1 out of 365 odds of picking the right date before they even comb through every raccoon in the state. And I am zero threat to them. The only people who have problems with me are Christian feminists (most churches, unfortunately). Feds have bigger fish to fry than someone who stays home and doesn't bother saying or participating in political BS anymore.

Mainstream Media doing a TikTok dance with their employees when they have literally any story whatsoever:

"Spin it! Let's begin it! Bear and grin it when you're in it! You can win it in a minute when you spin it, spin it, spin it! HA HA HA! (So spin it!) Tale Spin!"

@TwistedEagle "FBI Mole" doesn't have to mean they're an actual FBI agent, right? It could be an informant who gives them data, or a plant who receives instructions. Maybe I'm wrong. But this first sounded to me like everyone's favorite pussy, Dan Crenshaw.

When other nicknames are "Pedo Pete," and "The Big Guy," you know they aren't particularly creative with how they come up with them.

I thought the 3 Laws of Robotics were:

1) If she uses binary code, she needs a sticky load.

2) If her vagina's insertable, she's good and squirtable.

3) If there's a SpRoPu, blast it like Goku.

@DW2 He sounds like a typical Leftist who doesn't know how anything with cause and effect works.

It's not just "making up prices." When these insurance companies like Medicare are FORCED to cover the fat, weak, AIDS-riddled, smoking alcoholics with additional pre-existing conditions, they HAVE to raise rates to keep up with how much they're shelling out for THAT health coverage. Free healthcare won't look like what we have now -- it looks like the V.A. and Canada's "just kill yourself" program.

@Shlomo They're using terms like "The Matrix" like Andrew Tate uses. Did he get that from Muslims or did they get it from him? He's the only one I know who regularly called the system of the West "The Matrix," and I figured it had spread from him. I never followed him and only knew of him at all because of the recent controversy.

@TwistedEagle That's literally, literally like the mafia warning you about pickpockets.

@sardonicsmile Anyway, the point is that I got the impression from my interactions with them that they were just LOOKING for a reason to not hire a raccoon with facial hair who carried himself confidently and was enthusiastic and welcoming rather than insecure and apologetic. It always took them a week longer than promised to do a single step to get me in there for the interview. They were terrible to deal with. HR was just as shitty as at my previous employer last year. Outright incompetence.

@sardonicsmile But I didn't think I was confused. They basically asked "What do you do for fun, tell me about it" but really meant "Can you complete tasks when you start something?" I only found out when I asked for feedback. If they'd just asked me to tell them about a time when I tried something new and saw it through I would have told them about my prize-winning attempt at building props and a costume from scratch. I even improvised a way to hang / spray since I don't have a workshop.

How did Naruto start as a "Japanese village with ninjas and mysticism" but end up turning into an "Everyone ends up piloting giant mechs but they're made of chakra" mech show?

HR is staffed with women, who only want the PERFECT candidate.

Worse, I was once even rejected because I used a comparison, and was told I used the answer to "beat up on my ex." No, I didn't. And you don't even know her. It was an EXAMPLE, and we are friends. They also never asked direct questions, but rather wanted you to answer the question they were THINKING, not the question asked.

I KNEW when I walked in that I was in trouble when I saw the people who were going to be interviewing me.

I fucking called this shit. Too many people were perfectly qualified, nailed interviews, and never heard back. And I keep seeing "urgently hiring" but the same job still available months later. I actually heard someone say that they didn't hire new grads for entry level positions even with degrees in the field because they didn't want to "babysit for 6 months." Well, everyone with experience is already working for your competitors or for you. So WTF do you wanna do?
