Sadly after eating carbs for 20+years. It is hard to stop eating carbs and to go cold turkey. But slowly improve.

Another thing that helps is to fast for at least day..

But I think until they are for child mutulation aka circumcision they are bad.

I would not care if they desided to do it as adults but forcing to cut any body part that you are born with is kill worthy.

Only thing that enslave you is WILL of this universe because you need to participiate in this world physical LAWS.

I think there is many ways that system can enslave you.

When there is thing where you need to participate and can't be left alone.

Like why there is no free land everything is owned by some governments that will not let you be free and force you to participate in their system.

That would mean that you can't really choose and you are basically slave.

Like saying to slave you can either work for me or starve so "you are not slave and you are free to choose."

Are you really not slave when you have only one option to choose from.

and that would matter in every time period.

Like you can be hunter, gatherer or farmer.

But If I will give you only one option you are slave. IMO
