I too will add anecdote

on carnivore diet I pretty much do not need to care about plate sizes or calories.

I just eat meat when I am hungry. I mostly eat meat tried liver not bad but taste could be better and sometimes I add eggs.

Now I mostly drink egg in cup and pour hot water 60C-80C over it and have easy snack with little of salt for better taste.

On carnivore I do not have inflamation and no digestive issues
