I am carb addicted so I balance between carnivore and omnivore.
Where I eat at least 50% or more meat vs 50% or less plants.
I mainly adding root vegetables like onion, garlic, ginger, coffee carrot and provencal herbs.
Hard to balance diet only thing I am sure is that meat is best choice. Because it gives you nutrients that you need.
Not mentioning we know that vegans often abadon vegan diet.

@Justicar @sardonicsmile Not only that they often have parents that give them white collar jobs or have connections to peopele that can give them jobs.
Not mentioning they have no loans or if they do they are easily paid by parents.
Plus they can get capital from their parents to start business or just put in in some trust fund stocks or bonds.
Their life is different to normal people that are born to retarded or poor parents.
They are basically on their own.

So now I need to test If need to fast longer or cut coffee while fasting.

I agree with @VeganMGTOW that dairy is bad I had worse reaction to dairy products than to white sugars even from milk with 1.5 fat where are only 4-5g of sugars
His ancestry is from Pakistan or India and they have problem with lactose intolerance
1/3 indians are suffering form lactose intolerant
