Because for me coffee give ve carb/sugars cravings and ruin my fasting resulst so I plan to quit and probably it fucks with my blood sugars.

Not mentioning I drank coffee with milk and added sugars.

chocolate I quit while ago especially the one with added milk.

For me my body wants to have low sugars level and everything become worse with sugars and dairy.

@Justicar True I thought about it too that i would resonate with german/slavic/celtic tribes.

Where were people often in better community compare to civilized people like Romans.

We can see it today where there is really not any community for people that support each other and help build future.
