Not mentioning many of us eat more than we need plus when you add something that your body need time metobolize
That is one of th best thing that carnivore and keto offer to body to eat something that does not abuse your organs to clean your body like high carb diet does to your body that spike your blood suger and it takes time for insulin to lower it down. This is one of the biggest reasons for diabetes

And body can break msucles down even when you eat and stop exercising your muscles. To stop storing energy and use it more productively.
So body consumes proteins of damaged cells after few days of autophagy to recycle and repair your body.
Important parts of your body will be used as last resolt. when you do not have enough food for survival.

Ideal health requires at least four hours of exercise a day
Sitting still in class is waste of time and not healthy
If thsy just exercised enough they would not want to move around in class
In order to reach full exercise potential and have more brain fuel even more carbohydrates not less should be put in the diet
We should be aiming for maximum fitness potential when people are hyper active

Here is how the names of the Korean letters are spelled both in Korean and in Romanization or spelled with English letters
Notice the connection between the last consonant in their Romanized spelling and the second pronunciation in the previous chart I showed you
Depending on your point of view there is a possible exception with the silent letter because you can not spell the pronunciation of being silent in English letters.

By first sound I mean the sound before the slash in the chart
By second sound I mean the sound after the slash in the chart
The first sound I think usually occurs if it is at the start of the tripartite syllable and no other syllable is before it
The second sound I think usually occurs if it is at the end of a tripartite syllable and no other syllable is after it
