I'll apply the same policy wrt the "Despite being 13% of the population" ordeal: Most black people are fine, but there are still about 30% of them that commit crimes (from now on I'll call them niggers).

That doesn't mean being black is "not ok". You have a nigger minority that needs to be punished, shunned or even culled if necessary.

Most gays are fine, but the HIV spreaders and pedos deserve the nigger treatment.
