If someone does not want to be murdered it makes sense to choose to live in a community where murder is punished with imprisonment or execution to prevent people from doing repeat murders so that you do not get murdered by them
As a result of choosing to live in that community to reduce the chance of getting murdered if one does not want to have a physical consequence of imprisonment or execution for murder then one would adopt a value system of not murdering

Morality is both objective and relative
It is relative to the standard you choose to set
And objective based on that standard once you set a standard
There are physical consequences to actions
If you have a system to choose the actions that result in one set of physical consequences that you consider preferable to another set of physical consequences that would result from a different set of available actions then that system is a moral value system
