Thats true, it's just annoying because they only need a 6 figure job for a couple years to set themselves up for life.
Meanwhile there's a more qualified man out there that's SOL.
53% of 6 figure jobs held by women even though only 40% of applicants are women.
And they see it as a loss. They still think more women should be applying than men.
My point is that it's harder to accept something great get ruined by morons than it is to accept an impossible idea that never would have worked anyway
