@shortstories @UncleIroh @YoMomz I don't know, eating butter really helped me reduce an acne problem I had, although it's animal fats in general. I would say butter is really good.

@shortstories I don't know how libraries work there, but here, if you don't give back the book, you get a fine from the library. Also, the membership may cost money. The only ones who truly get the book for free are the ones stealing it...
