@caekislove @deprecated_ii Forget the EPA... In some states, it takes 15 years of official journeyman experience plus one or two endorsements from existing masters to become a "Master Electrician". This is the level of licensing you need to simply install a new circuit into a basic 120/240v breaker box. It's a trivial task, as is most electrical installation. This is all at the state level, often effectively delegated to some trade organization.
