@WashedOutGundamPilot For your story, it sounds like a lot of projection, because women want men who are go-getting high achievers, and when they mistakenly think that they need to be a mirror image of the type of man they like rather than a proper complement, they come to strange conclusions.

As for the pic, I doubt the men are actually intimidated. Women do not intimidate me or most other men. Often, these men detect a lot of "boss bitch" attitudes that are the opposite of a feminine woman.

And no doubt many of these so called "immigrants" or "Americans" are here illegally. Even if we assume that were not the case (and I cannot assume that), how can anyone argue that people are not coming here for welfare when Medicaid is exactly that, and the state-run media (fuck you NPR that is quite true) is lamenting that people who do not know English well enough would be unable to figure out how to deal without. Last I checked, if you are born here, you should have no problem with English.

Show thread

I recall hearing a segment on NPR about how Medicaid access was going to be rolled back based on Covid rules no longer being in place. One of the concerns was for people who did not speak English very well not understanding things.

If you have a brain in your skull, you should see something very wrong with this picture. That being what are presumably first generation immigrants doing coming here only to be using welfare? Don't tell me we should be importing people who are a drain on the system.

@WashedOutGundamPilot Also, this is not exclusive to the military article here, but notice how there are so many demands to accommodate women in the workforce? All with claims to make the workplace better, but it never really translates to more productivity. It just demands more expenses for a far less efficient total workforce. Because men do not need all this extra shit.

Also, since when did the military care about the comfort of the men serving? I am going to guess that would be never.

@WashedOutGundamPilot On one hand, I must cringe at how much this woman insists the US military bends over backwards to cater to women in the military.

On the other hand, if our government wants to turn tyrannical, then it is all the better that they have to bullshit around with accommodating a segment of the military force that will ultimately be a liability if they ever want to enforce their tyranny.

@WashedOutGundamPilot @DonHuerto This applies to other things, but this is the most common example.

@WashedOutGundamPilot @DonHuerto Not even women are fully able to overcome their biological programming when a full press propaganda effort is aimed at them (and they are the most susceptible to social pressures).

What I mean is that eventually, women will break and admit that they do not want to be a out climbing the corporate ladder and instead be a stay-at-home wife raising kids. Sure, it comes often too late, but the sudden change shows their true desires.

@WashedOutGundamPilot I smell some bullshit here about the whole "hire us just to keep us from working at other companies" while they do absolutely nothing productive. That is just a huge money loser to have such expensive employees doing nothing.

More likely, they were just diversity hires there to make it so that those companies would not have a lawsuit on their hands. If they were actually valuable, they would have put them to use with something productive.

@FinalDresdonation @sardonicsmile Indeed. Placing any energy in analyzing election maps is meaningless when the election can be "safe and secure" with 4 a.m. ballot drops.

It also makes me wonder how long anyone will care to bet on presidential elections. I will have to see when sites like electionbettingodds no longer have a purpose for tracking who is betting the winner for President.

@sj_zero Speaking of plastic grocery bags, you can repurpose them as garbage bags for small garbage cans. Always had this growing up, and it baffled me when an older guy once said he just threw them away.

I mean, cone on. They have a built in mechanism to tie them up, and they work better than the small garbage bags that are supposed to only be for that purpose. Next time I see someone advocate for banning plastic grocery bags, I will ask them if they ever buy small garbage bags.

Real treat after finding this account. Maybe it’s parody but it’s fun to see the insane, neurotic roastie from HR in her never ending COVID-spiral

@WashedOutGundamPilot These are the same people who will unironically warn you about "false negatives" when testing for Covid. Yes, because apparently you should still test even if you admit that the tests do not work (because they don't).

@DW2 >built on peaceful protest

Yeah, no. The colonists took up arms and fought the Great Britain when they found out that there was no amount of peaceful means that would get what they wanted. Which also explains why our founders included the 2nd amendment in the constitution.

Yeah, we have not really made that much use out of it, but the fact that we still have that option means we still have a little hope.

@WashedOutGundamPilot Every conversation? Does he want them to hate the US even more?

Also, gay marriage is not a great litmus test for freedom, as we have seen what happens once they get that. You better bake the cake or we will sue you! And if you want to see the school curriculum, we will declare you domestic terrorists before we let you see how we are feeding your children constant trannie propaganda!

@mutageno No man has an obligation to marry a slut, no matter how "reformed" she is. Your reward for reforming is God's grace, not a reset button to avoid all consequences. And it is not condemnation for a man to refuse to seek marriage with a woman with a promiscuous past, despite what some might say.

And as for the "communism" part, all giving/sharing needs to be voluntary. And as for being "hippy," I would highly disagree with that accessment. Christianity is not "just be nice to each other"

@mutageno The son in that story had asked his father to treat him as one of the servants upon his return, which showed humility and a lack of entitlement (as opposed to just expecting to just get special treatment). Yes, the father throws a party, but that was not the son's demand. Also, the story is a parable about how God the Father rejoices when one returns to following his will.

Many women who are "reformed" expect that men will automatically overlook their past.

@mutageno You are most likely correct. Though it is for God to know who is truly repentant or who is just pretending.

One thing that is often misunderstood about forgiveness and redemption is that it does not mean you get to wipe the slate clean like nothing ever happened. For example, this woman should not expect that her "redemption" means that she will be able to get marriage from a traditional conservative man. If she would not accept this, then it means she is not a true believer.
