@Darth_Bob Most guys would overlook the girl on the righr simply because she is not well endowed.
However, she has clean, straight teeth and clean hair, her skin is clear, has a pleasant smile and is a normal girl. I don't particularly like the excessive decollitage, but she is probably at a 7. Most guys would call her a 4.

@FinalDresdonation I'm doing a cost benefit analysis of this. I watched a recent video by Economic Ninja; he insists the housing market asset bubble will pop by 3rd quarter and into next year there will be a glut of foreclosures and fire sale homes on the market to scoop up. It would be a once in a lifetime opportunity but being a landlord presents a whole list of problems. Especially if the government does another moratorium on rent. I'm exploring options...
