So it does not look to me like the alleged shooter was only shot it looks like their skin was peeled back at the neck

It does not make any sense to me for a shooting injury

You would expect the blood to come out of bullet holes but the neck wound just does not look like that it looks like the skin was sliced or cut off

Now the blood on the head makes a little more sense

Also notice how the blood on the neck is a different color or shade than the blood on the head
