They talked about vikings coming to America

As for the Egyptian stuff you can probably find that on multiple places on the internet

They also showed ruins with middle eastern writing

The guy was a geologist and tried to figure out if the writing in stone was new or old

And supposedly white European & black african skeletons have been found in the Americas along with possibly European and Middle Eastern writing engraved in stone from before Christopher Columbus

But archeologists can just make up dates for artifiacts and skeletons

They found things culturally similar to stuff people would find in the Egyptian Pyramids in the Grand Canyon allegedly but then the smithsonian institute or instuition took the stuff for it never to be seen again if I remember the allegation correctly although the second part is so common an allegation I might have just assumed it and misremembered

Also there are lots of native American Indian burial mounds
