I said what I said because Jesus never said in the new testament translations that I have seen that it is morally right to use violence to collect taxes to pay for services that people did not agree to

& that Caesar being on the coin might be more of a condemnation of worship of Caesar not an approval of the tax system

Jesus also endorsed giving stuff to people that try to rob you if I understand correctly but Jesus did not say it was ok to be the person who robs people

If you approve of the government system that has people worship politicians who are on coins then that is similar to worshiping the image of the beast

Condemnantion is for those who both worship the beast and also take the mark of the beast

If you only take the mark but do not worship the beast system then both requirements are not met

It is ok to use money as long as you do not worship the government monetary beast system

Ceasar's image on the coin was similar to the mark of the beast in the book of revelation

They put images of god's on coins and those god's were also political officials

TobGive to Ceasar what is Ceasear's is not the same as to give to Caesar what is not Caesar's

If Caesar owns a coin with his graven image on it and then gives that coin to someone else and tells them that coin belongs to them then the coin belongs to the other person not Caesar

If we gave people with down syndrome automatic A grade on any calculus courses they enrolled in then that would reduce inequality

fat free Greek Yogurt, fat free cottage cheese and fat free feta cheese

All these foods are high in protein and low in calories from fat and carbohydrate and should have no fiber

They often can be added to other food to make them or the other food taste better

Some people should not have dairy but cheese and yogurt usyally have less lactose than plain milk

You can get fiber from other food whatever amount makes you feel best

You might like them mixed with other food

Rice has most of it's Calories from Carbohydrate so in that sense it is not low Carb

But in order to eat a lot of Carbs you would feel very full so in that sense it is low carb becahse it is low Calorie for how full you feel but whole wheat or oatmeal would make you feel even more full than rice with an even smaller amount of Calories and slightly more protein per Calorie

The problem with wheat and oatmeal is you well feel sluggish when exercising or working studying or thinking

Also you can get a disease if you do not take vitamin supplements and get your nutrition from white rice instead of brown rice because they remove nutrients when they make the rice white

If you eat 8 cups of cooked rice that rounds to 2000 Calories

8 cups is a lot of rice

On the rice they put a small amount of meat or eggs & vegatables

Vegetables which are probably less than 100 Calories for the entire day when combined

Maybe they will have 6 cups of rice at most in the entire day adding up to less than 1500 Calories

Maybe the total will be less than 1600 Calories before meat & eggs

The reason they are not more skinny is they are short
