Unless there is something different in the chemical structure or chemical composition of fructose found in fruit than fructose found in high fructose corn syrup I have difficulty believing that high fructose corn syrup is as bad as people say it is

My guess is that people simply are not exercising in the proper dose including work related activities of daily living for the amount of sugar, including fructose specifically and carbohydrates in general that they consume

If someone is going to exercise they need to drink more water and if they drink more water then they need to eat more salt than the minimum amount of salt if they drink less water and do not exercise

And exercise is suppose to reduce the risk of diabetees
