Whenever YHWH is used in the Old Testament text Orthodox Jews reading the text out loud say one or more other substitute words corrupting the text
I am very doubtful that the creator deity in the Old Testament is called HaShem on account of how the Orthodox Jews corrupted the pronounciation of YHWH replacing it with substitute words
I would suspect that HaShem is a substitute word used by Orthodix Jews & not the correct name for the Old Testament creator deity or another deity altogether

So according to the search result top descriptions in website summaries the United States Postal Srervice can not legally ship ammunition but some corporations or company can locally according to some complicated local laws in some locations
I would guess large corporations that cover the entire United States would have an official policy against doing so unless they are extremely speciliased and have a legal team for odd shipping law exceptions

Only the government can be the final deliverer of letters in the United States but corporations are allowed to ship packages and to sort letters and deliver them part way to their destination before the United States postal service finished the delivery

when I worked at a shipping company people in a back room were discussing how someone sent something like maybe one to three bullets in the mail and how they were not allowed to send even one bullet in the mail according to company policy and what are they supposed to do with the packet.
