This was my take, as well. I keep a spreadsheet with the calcs / math, update it with whatever changes, copy to the fillable forms = done. Even after Trump's "reforms" made self-employed business filings more complicated (more sub-forms), it's still child's play.
The problem is, most 'mericans can't do 4th grade reading-comprehension and math, any more. The jews were afraid that made them too-smart = dangerous.

This is greenwashing that permanently hardens the existence of surface parking lots. Subsidizing car infrastructure with solar canopies is incredibly short-sighted. There are far better places for solar than entrenching the asphalt we should be actively removing. Use some critical thinking, people.
