If you just stack weight on one end of the barbell but not the other and hold it with one hand on the opposite end you could get a lot of torque but you better be careful the weight does not fall off
Also bench press fails to utilize maximum torque for the same amount of weight because the arms are bent
It is claimed because of Lombards paradox more muscle groups are worked in compound movements but you have to think not just about which muscles but which part of which muscles
Compound movements usually fail to strengthen muscles near the end ranges of movement where they are longest or shortest but only tend to strengthen them in the middle range of movement

@sardonicsmile Thinks take time and many people just want to skip progress or often they think they can handle random big numbers But Iron never lies or your body. People can be shocked how weak are we when untrained
I have stopped using the barbell because I felt that dominant hand tend to take the weights from weaker side So with Dumbells both hands have equal weight
My exercise are more focused on practical muscle use compare to something like benchpress and dumbells are more versatile IMO

@sardonicsmile He should have used lighter weights and two dumbbells instead of one barbell.
Another mistake is with heavy weights you do not want to reach failure. Because you will have no power to lift it back up.
I have seen many videos where they died because no one was around and some people lift in home gyms.
Only thing that can help you is to focus on yourself and think that nobody will help you. Because no one will help you in time of need. It will always come late or never.
Using a Barbell instead of two dumbells, kettlebells or other one handed weights to do the bench press is a very bad idea for more than 80% of the population because most people are not strong enough to need a barbell instead of the heaviest dumbells they can find
And a similar movement pattern can be used with dumb bells without risking choking to death
I am much more concerned about 1 Chinese person immigrating to the United States than 1 Indian person
The Chinese government holds their families hostage and makes demands on them even if they get United States citizenship
Even if they would like to be an upstanding citizen in the United States it is very difficult for them to help people in the United States when China sent them in with the intent to be a hostile spy and is holding their family hostage
It is good if less Chinese students are studying in the United States because they subvert and this is a separate thing than the Kike thing

There were only five types of restaurants I could afford

Wendy's
Burger King
Everything else was too expensive for the protein cost per dollar for weightlifting diet requirements for me
Sometimes the time to cook times the pay per time is greater than the cost of restaurant food especially when you consider clean up
This used to be the case for McDonalds before they became expensive because you have to use bleach to clean up after cooking hamburgers and you could order twelve hamburgers for twelve dollars and that would be all the food you need for a whole day cooked in a fast amount of time that could be eaten in a single meal if you are busy plus exercise
