Some people say the Elliptical is not good but I say they are not using it at a high enough speed or resistance

The elliptical does not aggravate you through prolonged sitting the way a bike does

I really like the Elliptical but you have to look at Calories per hour and move faster or slower to be in your Calorie per hour goal

I found I can burn more Calories per hour for a longer time with less joint pain than running and I can really feel my heart beat and I really sweat so I am getting cardiovascular improvement with less joint pain

This can be combined with walking or running for alternating between kinds of Aerobic exercise

In theory I can run a sub 7 minute mile. I say "in theory" since it was done on a treadmill, which is not the same thing as regular running.

I doubt I will get to the point of being at my peak for distance running, but I at least am happy to be capable of improving my running back to a level I am happy with. And since my main exercise focus is lifting heavy, there is no way I am training optimally for distance running. But I am just fine with that.

Claiming the split between east and west occured first as late as 1054 and that it was one Church before that is extremely misleading

The Church split at least twice before 1054

Church of the East and Oriental Orthodox were created in two splits before the creation of Roman Catholics and Eastern Orthodox in 1054

But the Roman Catholics split again between Ultra Montane and Ultrajectine in Vatican 1

There were also other minor splits before 1054 not listed here
