Potatoes, Onions, Water, Salt and Skim Milk can make a good soup if you drink milk, you cut the potatoes and onions thin so that they flavor the water when cooked, the potatoes should turn the water slightly white if done correctly but for some reason it does not taste good without a little bit of milk added
