My all time favorite cereals are probably cream of wheat and malt o meal

But I can not find cream of wheat with organic or non gmo label at affordable price

It is made out of wheat farina

If you want to get a lot of protein without fueling to full granola and Special K are good bit only certain versions of special K maybe the original version, the strawberry version for whatever reason has a lot less protein per serving last time I looked,

If you eat raisin bran without the raisin it might be sold as bran flakes

Usually bran flakes have a sweet taste to them and are harder than raisin bran flakes but not as hard as raisin bran crunch

Bran flakes without the raisins is very good and it does not have raisins that stick to your teeth but it usually is hard to clean the dishes after eating

If you do not like raisins in your teeth I suggest giving bran flakes a try but a lot of people other than me do not like it
