An Israeli police officer is filmed tipping a disabled Palestinian man out of his wheelchair during a confrontation in the West Bank on 14 February.

The incident happened after Israeli forces shot and wounded a Palestinian girl who police said had tried to stab an officer.
The man in the wheelchair, Majed al-Fakhouri, had been trying to reach the girl to give her first aid
