Can the birth rate be increased by changing the school and college curriculum to include different talking points while still allowing women to attend school & college

Can black crime rate be lowered through education?

An example of truthful education without degrees would be teaching them how to multiply numbers through repeated addition and the applications of mu!tiplication or teaching them how to read but they get no school or college degree, diploma or certificate for learning it

If a higher percent of black people understood the concept of per capita or per person

Then would a lower percent of black people blame White people for their problems & or discriminate against White people

I am not claiming no black people understand per capita

I am claiming some black people act like they do not understand per capita

Some claim White people commit more crimes than black people because there are more White people

When the number of crimes per black person is mentioned

By whites I mean white looking people who do not call themselves Ashkenazi & Sephardic Jews this might include English, Europeans and North Asians from USSR, and people from Iceland, the mediterranean islands and any other Islands near Europe that look white
