Going down my 5th tangent of a tangent debugging this issue to debug another issue, GDB not loading the gdbinit file, and the solution is to create the $HOME environment variable in Windows, so I can add my gdbinit there, so I can test this ESP32 issue without being annoying, in order to fix this OTHER issue
