I dropped out of the professional world for this reason. You have to prove yourself so work twice as hard, but you’re pressuring women and under qualified diversity people so chill out and back off. No matter what they’ll be hired before you.
Now I’m self employed in the trades. Much better because free riders don’t want to work hard in lower status work so there’s no political bs.

I was wondering this exact thing for months. It just seemed to fit perfectly with how they’re clearing out Ukraine and exterminating the people. Making lebensraum for a basket of diverse immigrants right under Russia’s neck.

That’s the name of the game. The so-called glass ceiling for women is actually a state mandated glass ceiling for men. At least 50% of men are cut out of consideration for any position that women want.
