Seems like balance isn't an ideal that we talk about enough. It applies to everything.
I had a period of being on top of the world at the beginning of adulthood. distorted my expectations afterwards.
Years later, I try to not take things for granted and just try to appreciate that I get to be a part of them.
Still have lots of goals and things I'm working towards. Just don't expect to ever "make it". Just to always keep improving.

Sorry I was responding to the original question, not so much your post. My guess is you’re pointing to high number of female “workers “.
As far as Latin American work ethic, probably shouldn’t have said that- it varies a lot. places like Argentina for most part have very lazy work ethic. Not that I’m saying in US or western cultures everyone has a great work ethic.
It sucks for guys working with women who get a basically free ride while he always has to perform.
