Also just parenthetically I asked horse about increasing my grip strength Ive incorporated that into my workouts (just holding 25kg in each arm for 30 seconds) after 3 days of this I was able to hold it for 60 seconds so I'm going to continue to up the time till I hit 2 minutes then I'll up the weight and go back to 30 seconds sound good to you?

Do a farmer's carry. Don't just hold it. Walk with it. Good for grip strength and core.

First of all, I don't have two chins... Anymore... Secondly, I'm cutting my BFP down to sub 10% I'm currently sitting around 18% and finally, I go to the gym everyday and now I've cut to 1 meal a day I barely even eat, my goal is to shred down to 8% and then bulk while keeping myself as shredded as possible, I have the luxury of time and patience so it'll come I just need to be consistent

@VooDooMedic @37712 @Tfmonkey @zebuceta @Mike_Microwave @mrhorsetwat when you're going to go sub 10% and live a body builder lifestyle, you're potentially getting into dangerous territory. Too low of a body fat can be unhealthy for the body. Just keep that in mind. It depends on the individual.

I have done what you want to do in that picture, but I did it when I was about 15 yrs old, eating a shit ton of eggs and hotdogs and other fatty things and a shit ton of exercise. have not had those for some time now, only kept fit for 1 year

lol no, I was eating burgers and hotdogs and pizza and anything my family would cook for me, I used to have a ferocious appetite, life was great, eat all you want and do some exercise and be fit as fuck, I also have the genes to eat fat stuff and not really get fat, I am the fattest I have been in my life right now and I dont think anyone would categorize me as fat.
