@KingOfWhiteAmerica @Escoffier I think that many people do not understand that only intellectually can culture, religion, and philosophy be separated. Practically, they are interwoven in people's lives. Perhaps this is why they believe that an alternate power hierarchy as found in the Papacy and its bureaucracy is simply "religious" rather than political. (Calling it a bureaucracy is not a slight either; I'm referencing it in the same context as Ludwig von Misus.)

@Escoffier Christianity as practiced by the Mennonites and Amish, for example, is a pacifist branch as their interpretations of Biblical scripture are extremely literalist on many passages, especially those like Matthew 5:38-40, but the majority of Christians are not of those Protestant denominations. I can put forward a hypothesis as to why those Christians never resisted the Communists.

@Fiddle This is an accurate statement.

@Fiddle I recommend letting it sit for at least 12 minutes, push the plunger down, then pull the plunger up again, allowing it to sit another 3 minutes before pushing the plunger back down and pouring. The directions for 4 minutes are going to give you a very weak-tasting cup. Also do not expect it to be as strong as pot coffee, but the flavors should be more noticeable.

@VooDooMedic @Tfmonkey I am not a fan of this flow chart because it makes too many assumptions. For example, what if you want people to leave you alone, but don't mind working with others for mutual benefit? That doesn't fit into this chart. We also need to define what absolute truth is before entering the flow chart, but "How do we access these truths?" might redefine what "truth" is.
