@YoMomz we'll see but israel is irrelevant. ukraine is also irrelevant. everything is about brics and the summit in kazan in litte over two weeks from now. that is, in my opinion, as big as when magna carta or declaration of independence were being signed. people just don't understand the implications it will have on the geopolitical level for the next century, or more. the west is too consumed with itself and ignores what is happening outside of its bubble.

just saw a video where a guy was talking about russia possibly joining with iran against israel. supposedly israel hit russian base in syria and netaniahu tried to call putin about it but putin did not pick up. also supposedly iran did something today regarding testing israel and it was successful, so bigger moves might come from iran soon. no substantial news but something might be boiling...

I think TFM is the last person to find out that he's zogged. I imagined that his private conversations with Halsey were much more direct, but maybe not.
Maybe he really thought that Halsey appeared out of nowhere one day, decided to go half-and-half on a show together, and proceeded to never show up to said show for many months.
Then, thinking he was a free man, he said it's the Jews, and Halsey suddenly started showing up again and using Destiny tactics on him.

I have a little bit of stuff with oleic seed oils, but I have pretty much purged most of that stuff. TFM should just legitimately look at strength training guys for basics on dieting. It's as easy as just having high (hard not all soft estrogen filled) fat diets, lowering overall carbs, stretching, and removing s-oils, salts, nitrates
@mutageno2 @UncleIroh @Mongoliaboo @Stahesh I also cut down on suaces & spice mixes. Have to get salt free mixes and I make sure I drink water and potassium fruits. My primary snacks are a banana with milk/protien drink, and keto toast w/ a bit of olive oil. Lunch is something cooked, my primary snack is greek yogurt & orange slices. Trying to keep to carbs to natural carbs. I'm still a bit lazy w/ it since I work a lot and work has a chef so I eat meats & veggies there.

I 100% know that I had to drastically cut down processed foods and anything high in salt, nitrates, and have had to pair this with eating more potassium along with the daily supplements I take as well. Also, just getting up and moving more. I have been lazier for a long time so I have been scaling myself into higher resistance cardio an inch at a time. But been there done that.

@UncleIroh @Mongoliaboo @Stahesh That's honestly the best way to put it. There's a level of borderline cuckoldry/knee bending to placate Zee Juice on there. Shit's so open and naked now. I don't mind someone around, but it's getting a bit ridiculous at this point. When he's not on it's almost a totally different show.
He's also got a decent feel on general propaganda shit. I just don't take him as gospel for events and I do trust his broader economic thoughts. A prime example being Iran wants Israel to have their population mired deeply within Lebanon & Palestine as to essentially use their proxies like Ukraine as the Ukraine war begins to wind down. There's VERY little reason for Iran to strike outright at this moment. As TFM says often is: DO NOT LOSE WARS. They have to be careful with the US involved.
@Justicar @Stahesh I feel he's good about talking broader/long term econ stuff & some geopolitics on a broader level. What I don't necessarily trust (as nobody can really be right anyways) is the time scales. What's been funny lately has been him kvetching about nothing happening in September then it is all TOTALLY OVER BROS when consistently he has talked about not asking him about time scales. Like, c'mon man. He's a smart guy for sure and definitely provides a good starting point for news.

@Stahesh TFM is right about women. everything else, he is usually wrong. i think people take his word as truth after they subscribe to his mgtow views and not question him afterwards. which is a mistake.
@houseoftolstoy It is very nice to see the grounded little things on here from time to time. I assume most of us could be much worse off at the moment. Such inconveniences won't be much to us compared to hardship others are dealing with.
