For example me I grew up with computer was my entertainment, parent and teacher.
I would bet many gen z too had pc as their parents because they could give less f about you.
Schools are too behind when times have changes so education was lacking. Another thing that schools are not work so you get random knowledge but in job where you need to use more hands than brain it becomes problem.

@Stahesh IMO it's an incorrect assumption employers will be around for much longer with an ever worsening business environment (shitty labor and crazy regulation with insane taxes) overall.
The trend is already in place, more and more people will work for the only employer left: the government.
