@Justicar @TenaciousGoat I prefer to do it on my day offs because I mostly get hunger spike during lunch 12-13 and another around +-18:00. I just fill my stomach with water and it trick my hunger so i get by the hunger spike.
But I do not like it during work because ofthen my energy drops and want to sleep. Because my body will want to slow down and conserve energy.

@TenaciousGoat @Justicar IMO for me fasting is better than to control myself.
Because i will have much little hunger compare to eating something. My instinct will want to over eat cause survival for some reason body think this is last meal i will find for while so i need to over eat to survive.
But the point still stand.like REGION BETA PARADOX explain it best.
