It depends on what you use. Acids in a marinade can tenderize it. Oils are the infusers.

Step 2: watch monopolies form and corporations to get in bed with government to avoid anti-business laws.
Step 3: double down
Step 4: wait for emergency
Step 5: nationalize monopoly you created due to emergency you created
