I've used to study tai chi and bagua, would like to get back into it. It feels great.
The linked video is of Master Chen Ziqiang, the inheritor of Chen family style tai chi. It's basically what peak internal martial arts looks like IRL.

Exactly so @Stahesh, internal martial styles like tai chi, bagua and xing-yi are a superior form of yoga since they have both static and dynamic forms.
Internal martial arts are more functional, more badass, and not at all gay, unlike pajeet stretching for camel-toe thots and gay dudes.

@Stahesh I hace 100 bucks stock rice, lentils AND Beans. The Beans case I grown some in my garden but in a SHTF scenario not sure if The water will get here so maybe I have to relocated I already know some abadon cabines in The rural área very far from any Goverment influence so I Will be fine The only thing that can be a real issue Is getting vitamin B12 I got stock but at best can last a year but I Guess I Will start cooking my starches with some dirt on it

@shortstories @Scubbie Also, a lot of women go to college because they get large amounts of Pell grants and free money for being women. If we simply took away affirmative action, DEI, gender based scholarships and grants, I think a lot of women would not go to college knowing they would not get a free ride. All we simply need to do is get rid of all the advantages they have over men, it sounds so simple yet almost unpractical because of the current circumstances.
