@deprecated_ii teller jobs were replaced by ATMs, and the former tellers were retrained as customer service and loan officers. The number of bank branches increased and more (better paying) jobs were created than were replaced by automation. Many of the former tellers becoming managers of the new branches based on their prior experience.

@PakkonenCT I remember reading or hearing somewhere that it's because of grass. Urban settings don't have grass, but suburban and rural settings do. In wouldn't make sense for people to be mowing their grass during the apocalypse, but it's impossible to find a cheap non urban setting with overgrown grass without building a soundstage, which is too expensive for TV shows and low-budget horror movies.

The only alternative would be filming in a desert.

@rainignterror1080p you're welcome. Some of the SNES and GBA roms are still very laggy. They're at least playable now.

@LukeAlmighty The training is pretty standard. Bootcamp is a couple month, and then you have your school where you learn your job, which is another couple of months, and then you report to your "duty station" for work.

These Ukrainian units were being trained for months by NATO, and now they're dead.
