I've never been married or got into needless consumer debt because of the wisdom shared from old timers online.

I agree all the isms are a problem but my issue is ageism against the young is always handwaved away with this "too bad pay your dues" nonsense no matter how qualified you are.

This WAS the case but society progressed so fast that you can be a young person and have way more wisdom than someone twice your age just because of the availability of information via Google, LLMs etc.

You're missing my point.

My point isnt that I should get more $. It's that Ageism should be illegal like everything else.

I'm not entitled I'm being real.

I know multiple people with my EXACT same credentials and they're paid/treated better due to their age.

I have a good job so I'll be fine but most guys my age aren't in that position.

If I told a guy I was excited to hire him and then snubbed him once j found out his religion/race that's ILLEGAL.

I busted my ass to get ahead in my career and I keep getting getting low balled/snubbed for senior lvl jobs the MOMENT they find out my age and it's bullshit.

If this was based off religion/race/sex it'd be illegal and a public outcry but since it's the young noone cares.

Sadly I doubt it.

Most people simply are mediocre and slow and it takes them a while to get ahead.

Most prefer a low IQ gray hair manager > a high IQ young person working above them.

I'm more than qualified for a senior level position but they just want to see grey hair in higher lvl positions and low-ball the young ppl

Believe it or not I've found a couple guys that can keep up but the issue is

1. Theyre ambitious like me are quite busy so it's hard to see them often

2. Women.

I still have hope to be overseas with some red pill bros. It's what makes this hellscape worth it
