I don't mind women in the workforce BUT they must be separate from men and all their $$ must go their husbands.

In my case my there was a guy and HR and he was dumb as hell as well.

But I agree in my company some of these senior HR people make more than me and they don't do jack shit.

I'm doing okay right now but I'm trying to make a lateral move so I can get some real $$.

Contracting is my end game but due to covid my network took a big hit.

Companies are definitely slowing down with recession fears and I know the holidays are slow as well.

If I was making a horizontal instead of a lateral move I think it'd be much easier.

Imagine if HR didn't exsi and companies just did testing based on real-world scenarios and did paid trial runs.
