yet another conspiracy theory that has turned in to conspiracy fact

@sj_zero It actually would be transitory, unlike the inflation. But only because we will all be too dead to be able to launch any more nukes.

@TinyFern @ArdainianRight @Tfmonkey @WashedOutGundamPilot >A man who doesn't invest the time and effort into acquiring high status education and employment is also demonstrating low time preference, no?

No. That is not the same thing. That is a narrow definition for what a man needs to do to be a good husband and father. Yes, he should not be shiftless and lazy, but having a "high status" occupation is not as critical or fully indicative of a man's character as you are making it out to be.

@Fender @WashedOutGundamPilot
>They are disturbed that men would think this is what a girlfriend amounts to.

For many women, this is all they really can offer. So many of them have abandoned being feminine and have no practical skills that would make for a competent wife and mother. Men see this and respond by giving up the idea of a marriage and family. Yes, many men will choose the hedonism route as well as a response, but that is one form of adaptation to the changes in society.

@TinyFern @ArdainianRight @Tfmonkey @WashedOutGundamPilot a fat woman with tattoos indicates poor impulse control and a low time preference, both of which are reflective of her character. So the comparison is not the same. Men like me are also not a fan of the "single-digit body count." If I am to believe that.

In my view, there was a period around 2006 where "pick up artists" were sort of becoming a thing, and by about 2008 every piece of establishment media smashed that idea down as bad and evil and skeezy. It was shortly after that when "incels" started to really start to pick up.

I know the pick-up artists aren't the most popular folks around, but their whole core conceit is that you can be a better man, you can change yourself to become more attractive, you can carry yourself different, and you can speak different, and you can think about the world different and eventually you'll be the sort of man who can attract the sort of woman you want to be with long-term. For most men, that's when their pick-up artist story ends, because you don't need it anymore. That even happened to the author of the infamous book "The Game".

If you crush that idea, then what's left? Well, if it isn't just a skill set, if you can't become better then it's just fate for you to be worse. You're not alone because you're not doing the right things, you're alone because God created you in the image of inferiority and your inherent inferiority is a cross for you to bear alone until death, then of course those people are going to be bitter and resentful towards the chads who were granted the gift of superiority by God, and the Stacies who were granted the gift of discernment between the inferior and the superior by God.

There's a pathology, but it isn't necessarily in disaffected young men. It's a societal pathology where they've told a group of people they're worthless and that it's morally evil to try to become less worthless, and anyone who tries to help you become less worthless is morally evil themselves.

Then we have all these women who would be perfectly happy with these men who are often just missing one or two ideas towards becoming really good men, and they can't find any men at all because we've ground the men down into paste so they won't even try a little anymore. So now you have unhappy lonely men and unhappy lonely women and somehow this is supposed to be a good thing.

A lot of people talk about dating websites and how 1% of the men get 90% of the female attention. This is often mentioned as a talking point about how terrible dating sites are for the 99% of men, but really it should be about how it's terrible for everyone. That top 1% of men with unlimited choice aren't as happy as you'd think, the 90% of women chasing the 1% of men who get unlimited choice aren't happy, and of course the 99% of men who don't get any attention aren't happy.

tl;dr: The world would be better off if we stopped telling men they can't and shouldn't try being better than they are. It's false, it leads to harmful outcomes, it isn't better for women, it isn't even good for the gigachads.

@CoolhandJames I think you might find this amusing. What do you see here?

If you answered nothing, you are correct! It looks like all that simping for Keffals didn't spare Dick from Youtube's wrath!

Every reason given for why cardiovascular disorders are on the rise (except the vaxx) is indeed ridiculous. What is even more ridiculous is that apparently, all of these factors just so happen to be all converging at the same time to cause these cardiovascular issues. Yeah, they were all factors for years and years before, but now they suddenly are causing these problems, right at the same time that the mRNA shots were rolled out.

If you have not figured it out yet, you never will.

@Humpleupagus @coldacid "Oh shit, people are questioning the narrative! Shut it down!"

Also, you just have to wonder if the Edit statement is willful stupidity or a clever play to point out that yes, it is the vaxx doing this shit. Unfortunately Reddit has far too many midwits who trust THE SCIENCE for me to have too much faith.

And I am sure that it is 100 other little things here and there causing heart attacks all at the same time and not the vaxx that was forced onto everyone.

@furgar >bad for the 1 percent but helps out almost everyone else

180 degrees from the truth. Those who are poorer are going to be waiting for wages to catch up just to get back to even. Meanwhile, who owns the assets that are guaranteed to rise with inflation?

Disagreements should not be a cause for concern. In fact, you should probably finding yourself in disagreement with any particular individual at some point in your observations with what he says. It shows that you have the capability to think for yourself and not just follow along with what you hear.

Not that you should look for something to disagree on, but know that you should be having critical thought about any statements by even those you mostly agree with.

@MechaSilvio @Leaflord @WashedOutGundamPilot Not only that, but she proves herself to not be a good woman qualified for a good man by promoting the home-wrecking strategy. A good woman should be able to find a quality man if she is a good woman. Being a good woman would also necessitate her knowing how to spot one and knowing where she should look, as well as preparing herself for marriage (i.e. not being a whore in her 20s).

@WashedOutGundamPilot I hope this woman has been told "you need job experience to have this job." Also circular logic here, where the job you are wanting would give you said experience.

@WashedOutGundamPilot I really hate this circular logic. "How can I know if you are a catch or not if someone else does not verify that for me?" I know, psychology and social proof will affect your opinions, but they should not be the sole measuring stick for whether or not someone is worth a relationship.

I never would have been able to have the wife I had if she applied that thinking to me. Because yes, I was not exactly killing it in the dating market prior to meeting her.

@dave @sj_zero I have the theory that the "fine" is more of a means to an end rather than the end itself. That is, they want to be able to stop anyone they want from using their service by saying "If you don't pay the fine, you can't use Paypal." They do not care about collecting that money, but rather keeping people in line.

They may have walked it back, but don't be surprised if you see this tactic in the future. It is the perfect way to silence anyone they want.

@WashedOutGundamPilot @johnbudd1350 If not a LARP, then he is in Ukraine for all the wrong reasons. Going there to get praise and online prestige is just a vanity exercise. His ego may literally cost him his life, given what you stated about geotagging.
