I have most certainly noticed that our household grocery costs have been higher these days. I have said before and will say again, I can accept this as the "new normal," even if I am not happy with it. I will take more expensive food over no food any day.

So I oppose any calls for price controls, as that will bring about the no food scenario I actually fear.

@DW2 I would disagree with the assessment that women think they will still be fertile into their 60s. Rather, the delusion is that they think the can just transition from a single woman "living in the moment" to finding a husband to marry and have kids with as easy as flipping a switch at any point in their lives. So they think nothing of waiting until their 30s to actually get serious about the idea of marriage.

Women should really get serious about marriage the moment they are fertile.

I find peanut butter works very well. Actually might be similar to the cooking oil spray in a way, though I find that peanuts are far closer to what a mice would naturally eat.
