@RodrickSage I think there is some misinformation about high fat diets. I think they scare us with high cholesterol and associate that with heart disease so they can sell/prescribe stating drugs. Personally my cholesterol is high, LDL/HDL and Total cholesterol. I eat mostly eggs and beef.

This system is designed to transfer money, wealth, protection, and power from men to women.
