Bodybuilders, notoriously, avoid dairy. It is part of the diet regimen.

Men are so motivated by sexual experience that it supersedes the need for food. Research shows brain cells specific to men fire up when mates are present and override the need to eat. This does reinforce the idea that for men, sex is in fact a biological need. Such a shame that those of us in this community have so little empathy for the men who are still plugged in to the Matrix and have not been exposed to the Truth. The pompous and superiority complex is staggering.

Women NEVER think marriage is a scam because they benefit from the contract. They also benefit from breaking the contract.

The moment you make "love" your first priority, with women, is the exact moment you lose the game.

Stop worrying about dying alone or being a lone man; so as to not let fear cloud your judgement and make poor choices when it comes to personal relationships; especially with women. Unless you are killed in a vehicle accident, you will pass away alone and why would you want a woman if you are alone?
