Anglican's are not Americans they are British loyalists with a Church that worships the British monarchy

People with bad personality get plastic surgery for cosmetic reasons to try to hide their bad personality with their looks

There are other reasons for plastic surgery that are legitimate like treating cleft palate to prevent health problems
